autumn/winter styling with new look.

I was recently sent some New Look goodies to style up for the chance to win £50 in vouchers to spend in their store. The three items they sent were so gorgeous, an outfit popped into my head almost instantly! 

This incredible forest print scarf had to be the focal point, so I decided to wrap it around and wear it like a skirt, so that you could still appreciate the design. I kept the rest of the oufit pretty plain, so that I didn't distract from the print - my old favourite charcoal vest, black boots and my amazing new cat ears from Crown & Glory. 

I love the structure of the belt and how it looks with my bag. And can we just talk about this backpack for a sec? I am in love with it, and I've worn it pretty much every day since I got it. It's so useful, and it's waterproof - which is necessary in this damp old country... also, it goes with EVERYTHING.

Since I got these items I keep going back to the website to browse the rest of their bits and bobs. Seeing as it's coming up to Christmas, the party dresses from New Look keep catching my eye!
