Last night was the #BlogClub Christmas party with Bath & Unwind, and it was so much fun! Quite often, you catch me wearing dark colours, but blogger parties (especially Christmas ones!) are a very good excuse to crack out something shiny, sparkly, or special.
I spotted this skirt on the Zara website a few weeks ago and knew it had to be mine. I'm getting more and more into midi skirts, and I thought this one would be perfect for Christmas parties and (hopefully) beyond! It's so swishy, special, and fits perfectly - although perhaps a little tight last night as my ribs were swollen from getting a tattoo coloured!
These gorgeous shoes were a Black Friday bargain! I've wanted some Swedish Hasbeens for a long time - they just always look perfect. And now, I have some! I was so happy they arrived in time for the party, and the dusty pink colour is even better in real life. It's probably my most favourite colour right now, and this simple, comfy crop top echoes it perfectly.
I didn't end up taking this awesome cat bag in the end (I had to change outfits on my way from Cheltenham so needed a big bag!) but it sure does make a super cute addition!
PS. Look! My little Christmas tree survived from last year! I'll be bringing him inside soon, when I figure out where he's going to sit...

Colour perfection in this outfit! Loving a good midi skirt at the moment as well, it is pretty much all i'm buying at the moment. Super impressed your Christmas tree survived as well, ours died a horrible death around June, when I gust of wind pretty much destroyed it, poor thing. x
ReplyDeleteI need more midi skirts! Where are you getting yours from? Aw, your poor tree! x

DeleteAre your Swedish Hasbeens comfortable? I've wanted some for the longest time, but heard so many horror stories of them tearing peoples feet apart.
ReplyDeleteI love the colours of this outfit, everything works perfectly together.
I actually found these really comfortable - no feet tearing here! x

They keep your knees warm, and are actually more flattering that I thought they'd be! x
DeleteThis looks so lovely!! I've never thought about wearing pastel colours around Christmas and often find myself in burgundy pretty much everyday! This really works though.

I'm so guilty of wearing darker colours too, but it felt so nice wearing something light and bright! x
