speedy lunch - poached eggs & spicy kale.



This lunch was made out of food that I had left over. I wanted to eat it all, but wasn't entirely sure how to make it work, so I googled it and a yummy recipe came up.


The recipe that caught my eye and tastebuds, was this one on Yum Sugar, but I only had one egg and no bread... and a serious addiction to black pepper. However it was still absolutely delicious and only took about 10/15 minutes at the most! I highly recommend you shove this in your gob immediately.
