a day out with my kipling bag from bagable.

Last Thursday, Doug and I donned our backpacks and went off on a day trip to Bath for his birthday. I'll share a few more photos from the day later in the week, but for now I just wanted to show you my new backpack.

When Bagable offered a bag for me to review, I originally thought this backpack would be ideal for my Thailand adventure.. now that Doug has come home and I'm no longer heading to the other side of the world, it's perfect for day trips or weekends away.

I love the soft, mottled navy colour of this Kipling backpack, as well as the boxy shape. The main part is really roomy (I could fit my parka in here, as well as all my essentials!) with lots of little pockets for various things, and a little cord to attach your keys to! No more fumbling around in the dark for ages, searching for them at the bottom of my tote!

Another thing I like is the fact that the front pocket has a zip on it - so you can pop your wallet and other things you need to access quickly, without the fear of them falling out or being stolen. And of course, the little monkey man!

The only downside to the bag is that when it was full, the weight seemed to drag it down a bit, meaning the velcro on the top flap wouldn't stay done up. I think a larger area or stronger velcro could probably rectify this tiny problem though!

If you're looking for a new bag, Bagable have kindly given me a discount code for all of my lovely readers! Just enter BEINGLITTLE10 at the checkout to get 10% off your order!

Happy shopping!

I ALSO WORE: charity shop headscarf • wallpaper rose tee • h&m cardi & skirt • river island boots •

Big thank you to Doug for taking these photos of me in the gardens at the American Museum! :)
