The past 24 hours were exactly what I needed.
I've been feeling really anxious the past week, so haven't been in the right frame of mind to blog - sorry about that - but it feels like things are starting to get back to normal now, thanks to a lovely little outing.
Last night, we headed up to Whiteladies Road to have a yummy dinner, drinks and games with a couple of our friends. It was such a fun night, and we ended up staying over. This morning, we started to walk home, and ended up adventuring all over the place for most of the day! Luckily we had some of Becky's lemon polenta cake to keep us going, and I managed to collect a few bits and bobs to stick in my new sketchbook.
Things we visited:
• Brandon Hill Park
• the softest cat ever outside The Pump House
• the tow path running under the Suspension Bridge
• Leigh Woods
• Ashton Court
