sweet treats #1




Little Lyzi's Christmassy Spiced Cupcakes.

Ingredients:

100g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground/grated nutmeg
110g soft light brown sugar
25g ground almond
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
80g olive spread/margerine/butter

Icing, walnuts and sieved icing sugar and cinnamon to decorate (but you can use whatever you want!)

Preheat oven to 180ºC/170ºC fan-assisted.

You can of course add more or less of each spice depending on your personal taste.
