Aaaaah yes! I am very lucky and was sent some more pancakes from my favouritest pancake brand ever - Abra-ca-Debora! This time, I received some teeny tiny diddy dutch pancakes, so I set about making a couple of healthy and delicious fruity pancake recipes!

First up, a lovely creamy and sweet pancake dish with bananas! 

Pop your diddy pancakes in the oven or microwave, and slice up half a banana. Spoon a little yogurt or creme fraiche into a dish, and then pile your banana slices and pancakes like a beautiful edible flower! Drizzle a little honey over the top and gobble it all up.

Next, something a little more exciting - peaches, sesame seeds, ginger!! 

Place your diddy pancakes on a baking tray with a handful of sesame seeds and bake for 5-10minutes. Arrange some peach slices in a dish, add your lovely warm pancakes, and sprinkle over some sesame seeds and ground ginger! A tiny squeeze of lemon, a little demerara sugar and you're good to go!
