On Friday night, my flatmate Kayley and I travelled up to London, and met one of our bestest friends, Blondie, at the o2 Arena to see a band we've liked for around a decade.. we felt like we were 15 years old.
We loved every minute of it. From watching the guys setting up the stage, to being able to see Mark behind the big black curtain before most of the rest of the crowd. From the silly Tom jokes and fun visuals, to the incredible drum solo Travis did at the end. I also loved watching everyone in the standing area - everyone looked like they were having the best time ever!
We also got tickets for the Birmingham show this weekend, but unfortunately we can't afford to go anymore. We're selling our tickets on Ebay, and there's only one left! Go and buy it!
Luckily, we're seeing them again a little closer to home - down at the Eden Project at the beginning of July!! I'm SUPER excited!
We stayed on Blondie's lovely mezzanine that night, all in a row.
Blondie had to go to work, so Kayley and I headed to Leicester Square and met up with an old friend from Devon. We had brunch in a place called Spreads, and then wandered over to Chinatown to look at all the pretty things! Then with heavy eyes and sleepy legs, we got on the train home... thanks London!
I went on Saturday! Such a good night :) you got some great pictures!!
