I've been thinking recently about making a zine/book to remind myself of things that can cheer me up when I'm feeling blue. I also feel disgusting today, as I've got a horrible cold, so it's been nice looking through photos of what I've been doing recently, and thinking of things that make me happy...

What makes you happy? What brings you out of a funk?

This is really sweet! Agree with your list, although have to admit, appreciating my home would be easier if I also had a view of the sea...I miss living on the coast! x

This is lovely! Im also struggling with debilitating depression. I've kept a journal full of words, pictures, nice things people have said to me, just wonderful memories to cheer me up and keep me going :)

The seaside makes me happy; it's been far too long since I've been.
Sometimes I struggle, and then find it really helps to make a happy list like this <3

This is a good idea, I def would have to do something similar.
On my list you would have to add "watch McDreamy and Meredith on" (aka Grey's Anatomy), "eat chocolate chip cookies" and "ride the bike!" :)

Oh my God! Your bedroom stopped me in my tracks! Where did you get those bunting curtains? And that crochet throw? I've been watching crochet throws on ebay but they always go for too much :(

You look really pretty in you first photo xx

This is a lovely idea, I've been thinking of doing the same for a while as I've been very down recently; you have some lovely ideas. Seeing my boyfriend is definitely right up there, as is listening to happy music and spending time with my best friends and my family :) x

What a great idea! I've been thinking of making a wall display of photos like this. However all the things that cheer me up seem to be food related!
