Hello all! I'm very excited today, because it's the start of my birthdayweek. I know it might seem greedy to be having a whole week of birthday goodness, but it's not as greedy as it sounds. The main thing this means is that I will be blogging everyday (hopefully with some interesting and exciting things for you!), wearing some of my most treasured clothes, and doing some of my funnest things. Goddamnit I deserve it!
Today I'm wearing a playsuit that I got about 2 years ago from Kate Moss at Topshop, and my beloved holey grandad cardigan and scarf from charity shops. It was very blustery outside today so I tied all my hair back off my face (something I hardly ever do because i have a forehead complex!) and donned my favourite sunglasses, from New Look. I tried not to use the word "favourite" too much...can you tell?
For brunch I thought I'd do egg in a hole with a twist. A dinosaur shaped twist. It didn't really turn out as well as I'd hoped but it was still so yummy! Now I'm settling down to watch First Men In The Moon, which I've never seen before, but so far I love it!

Also, when I popped into town today I saw Cosmo Jarvis walzing along looking pretty pleased with himself. I wonder what he had done to look so smug. Here is one of my favourite songs by him:

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthweek! I have a habit of making an overly big deal of my birthday as well (because I am that awesome). In fact I may have already started planning for my party (which won't be the end of til July whee!)

Not selfish at all having a birthday week :) I normally do the same, depending on what day my birthday falls. But this year it will be on a saturday haha so I feel like I'll only be able to celebrate that weekend :( Damn! Anyways, enjoy the start of your birthday week lady ♥ xx
