I'm super lucky to have met some incredibly talented people in my little life.. most of which I met during college and my short stint at university. One of those clever humans is Charlie Cooke, who has sent me a copy of her new book to have a sneaky peek at.

I met Charlie Cooke in my illustration class at uni, and now she's a full-blown illustrator with two gorgeous little kids! I don't know how she finds the time for everything, but she's somehow brought out her 10th published book, this time teaming up with her mum!

The Adventures of the Owl and the Pussycat sees a little boy and girl, dressed as an owl & a pussycat, as they make their way through the treacherous sea. The story is adorable, and the illustrations blow me away. They're just perfect, with all the gorgeous colours and textures.

This is the perfect book for tiny kids and adults alike (if you enjoy children's stories as much as I do!) and I think a certain tiny bird will be getting a copy around the festive season..
