The past 24 hours have been filled with making ridiculous amounts of gingerbread, ginger oat and sesame biscuits, and teasing El Hefe with the dough. Look how cute and greedy he is!
I'm so happy when I'm baking and surrounded by cats! In fact, I think I'm just a lot happier in general this year. So many good things have happened in 2011 (they far outweigh the bad) and I'm excited to spread the joy during this festive week! Life is sweet.

I love you cat! I love grey cats the best! He's beautiful. I keep saying I'll only get a rescue cat, so I stalk all the local rescue homes for a grey one. The dough in that top picture looks delicious, I wish I had time/the ingredients to bake! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas :) xx
