Sorry for the blurry photo, but I hate flash. This is a sneak peek of something mum got me for my birthday. For some reason she decided she wanted to know what I want for my birthday now.. when my birthday isn't until May! Anyway, I suggested this shirt from the sale at Zara, and she got it. Obviously I had to try it on to see if it fits etc, then it's going to be hidden away until the 15th of May!
Also, you may remember my post about the New Look trousers I got off the website after not being able to get the colour/size combo I wanted.. anyway, I went to New Look the other day and found they had the colour and size I wanted originally, so I bought them.
Although they're the same size as the brown, the stone ones feel smaller. I'm unsure whether I should return one of the colours or keep both? I'm not sure I can afford to keep both.

My mum had to stay overnight in the hospital last night for tests and stuff. Now they think she has swine flu and has to stay in for the whole weekend without any visitors :(

I like the first pair better! I think they'll be nicer for the upcoming spring trends and such. Plus I'm personally more partial to grays. Love the shirt by the way!

Really cute blouse, it's going to suck having to wait that long for it though!! I think I prefer the first pair of trousers, mostly because Spring is coming up and it's a lighter colour etc. I do like both, if you can get away with it money wise, I'd keep both :P

ReplyDeleteI've been after this blouse since forever. I'm a little bit jealous. Umm, I think I prefer the first pair, but only by a little bit. They're both lovely, and I'm not amazing at making decisions. Sorry to hear about your Mum. Hope she gets better soon x

if you could, keep both! Love them! IF you really had to choose...i'd say keep the camel/stone coloured pair, you will get lots of wear out of them!

I like the gray ones best, so much so that I'm going to get on the New Look website and see if they have them in my size. Love the cat blouse too, shame you have to wait until May to wear it.

Is your birthday the 15th of may? so is mine :) that top is lovely, i love things with cats on though,i love cats.I like the stone trousers best but both pairs are really nice, and really suit you :) i dont think i could pull them off. Im sorry to hear about your mum, i hope she gets better soon and comes home soon, id be lost if my mum wasnt here and i couldnt see her :( My boyfriends mum was very poorly last week and the doctor said it was probably swine flu but they couldnt be sure so he just gave her antibiotics and painkillers and she was just in bed.Also his auntie was in hospital with swine flu and pneumonia shes getting better now though. Love your outfit you always look so nice. Gem xx

I really want a pair, I tried these on from River Island http://www.riverisland.com/Online/women/trousers--leggings/trousers/brown-chino-trousers-599526 and I love the colour however after seeing yours I think I might have to take a look in New Look and try on the brown ones, they are my favourite out of the pair however the stone one's look so lovely with your kitty blouse, so keep both! I'm taking my pair back. Keep putting them on but not wearing them out. I think they make me look crazy short legged :( Such a shame.

Ohhh I do hope your Mum recovers soon! She's in the best possible place to be looked after though that's what you have to think. That's a lovely blouse miss, and I reckon if you're not going to keep both, the grey ones are lush! And light enough to wear in Spring too :) jazzy ♥
