This is just a quick and healthy lunch that I had today (after dreaming about it all morning) I love mushrooms in pretty much everything, and kale has loads of vitamins in it, so get this in your body.
• heat 1 clove of garlic and quarter of a red chilli (both finely sliced) in a little olive oil.
• add torn up kale and sliced mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
• pile into a wrap of some kind, with a little mayo if you fancy.
• shove it in your gob.
Yum! Oh if only I had a hob at work, I'd be making wraps like this all the time!
