How beautiful is this dress kindly sent to me from AX Paris?! When I saw it on their website it looked a bit short, but thought it would be okay on me as I have little legs and it would definitely be acceptable with tights, and I could not resist the inky pattern and beautiful colours.

I wore this yesterday teamed with my Clarks Originals desert boots, and my current favourite cropped jumper that I got from H&M a year or two ago. I love how it picks up the orangey-red colours in the dress. The shape is so flattering, and I can see this being something that I wear to all sorts of occasions at any time of year.

Yesterday I was just sorting my life out after my long weekend in London, then went out for dinner with a friend. We went to a bar we've been to before, which is about halfway between our houses, called The Old Bookshop. It's really cool and it does delicious tapas! It also has gigs and other foody things happening. If you're ever in the area you should definitely check it out!
