This past weekend saw the Art of Style event at Cabot Circus.

There were live catwalks every hour, showcasing one of the four SS18 high street trends - dark denim, playful pastels, floral fantasy, and mad about plaid. You could also get free style advice from the stylists in between shows! 

They recommended using the Style Seeker option on the Cabot Circus PLUS app to find what you're looking for. You can either take a photo of an outfit you liked during the catwalk, or of an item of clothing, or use a photo you already have on your phone, and the Style Seeker will find the same/similar items of clothing available to buy in Cabot Circus shops! 

One of the things which puts me off shopping in store these days is that it's so much easier to search for what you want online, rather than traipsing around the shops. But something you miss out on with online shopping is how tactile it is, and the fun of trying things on with your pals.

This app combines the best of both worlds by making it really easy to find what you're looking for. It's free, simple, and you can get access to exclusive discounts too!

On the other side of the stand, you could get a free makeover and beauty tips from the make up artists. I really wish I'd had more time to get something done myself - the make up looked gorgeous!

There was an option on the Cabot Circus PLUS app to enter a competition to win £500 worth of NARS make up - I'm so jealous of whoever won that!
