PIE FOR BREAKFAST.
Yup, you read that right. You can in fact have a pie for breakfast now, thanks to Pieminister's new brunch menu! And that's exactly what Lily and I did a few weekends back.
Of course, this isn't the kind of thing you can eat everyday - no, this is a very special treat. This is a cheat day breakfast. A big ol' meal to set you up for a busy weekend - and here in Bristol that could mean anything from trawling the many shops or markets, going for a bike ride or hike out to the countryside, or heading to a 30th birthday bash, which is what we did later that day.
Pieminister only rolled out this brunch menu a month or so ago, and it's not available at all branches yet, so make sure you check before you go to avoid disappointment.
If not all of your party fancy a pie for breakfast (weirdos), there are lots of other options like all sorts of things in a skillet, sourdough toast topped with goodies, and oaty creations. And you can wash it all down with coffee, juice, or a cheeky bloody mary which comes with bacon and a cute lil gherkin - that's a meal in itself!
So if you're after a slightly unusual brunch this weekend, you know where to go.

I've never actually been to Pieminister, but have always wanted to go. I love the look of the decor of their restaurants (especially the one in these pictures!) and as massive fan of brunch I think it might finally be time for me to go trial it out. The menu sounds pretty fantastic! x
