This post has been a long time coming, which is silly because I finished this tea yonks ago. I pretty much slurped it all up in a couple of days. 

isle of wight festival 2013.

While it's still fresh in my mind (and to distract myself from Glasto) I thought I'd share some snaps and tales from my recent Isle of Wight adventure!

As I mentioned the other day, I went to Isle of Wight Festival this year with some chums - most of which were at IOW 2010 when I last went, so it was a reunion! - and was also blogging for Motel Rocks. You can read about what we go up to here, but I thought I'd give you guys a few extra photos that didn't make it to the Motel blog! Enjoy!

No, the title is not in reference to a naughty word, it is when I'll be back in my own home after Isle of Wight Festival! After roadtrippin' down to Bournemouth with one of my best girls last night, this morning we are hopping on the ferry with a few other buddies and making our merry way to the campsite!

I have been meaning to blog about this pretty vintage dress for almost a year! I got it from the Kilo Shop in Paris when I went with my beautiful friend Ella last August.

This post is all about some of the touristy sights we went to see in Barcelona. Luckily, our hostel was in walking distance of all of these, so we saved some pennies on travel (which we could spend on coffee/chocolate and churros when we were feeling tired!)

We did quite a lot of drinking while we were in Barcelona.. in fact, the first thing we did once we'd dropped our bags off was have a beer! These are our most favourite bars, and where you can find them.

This is my one of my favourite ever dresses. I got it a couple of years ago from H&M, andit's just so easy to chuck on and look so summery. I'm going to be super sad when it finally gives up the ghost! However, the main thing I need to talk to you about is these amazing sandals...

barcelona: touristic buses.

On the first afternoon and most of the next day we travelled around on the Touristic buses. We both really recommend them, as they're a really great way to see most of the sights of Barcelona, and you can get a two-day ticket so there's no mad rush to see everything in one day. You can hop on and off the buses at any of the stops which is great.

humid teenage mediocrity.

This is my go-to outfit for the past couple of sunny days! I've been cooped up in my bedroom taking endless photographs (big blog sale and shop relaunch coming tomorrow, keep your eyes peeled!) while listening to 90s grunge. Teenage angst never really goes away.
