1 2 3 hassle-free.

Last week, I enjoyed a hassle-free day courtesy of Santander.. if you asked me what my perfect day would look like, it'd basically be like this. Lots of insanely delicious food, a nap, a movie, and great company.

Firstly, Nick and I headed down the road to a new joint on North Street. I'd heard great things about this place, so it was time to check out the brunch menu! Oh boy, it was probably the best brunch I've EVER had, and I've had a lot of brunch in my time. Nick went for the tasty full English, and I had poached eggs on bubble & squeak. I don't know how they made it so yummy but I was seriously impressed.

We popped home for an accidental 2 hour nap before heading out again for a movie.

We went to see Force Majeure - obviously I couldn't take pictures in the teeny-tiny Watershed cinema, but here are a few reviews about it.

I thought it was a really interesting piece about expectations within relationships and families. I don't want to give too much away but I thought it was really good & well worth a watch. Unfortunately, we actually missed the very end because we had to rush over to our fine dining experience!

If you live in Bristol, you'll know about Eat Drink Bristol Fashion or will have at least seen the tipis in Queen Square. There has been music & tapas going on for a while now, as well as fine dining experiences - which is what we were lucky enough to attend!

We went into the cosy, dark tipi and sat down in the middle of a table of strangers, which at first felt a little odd. Tonight's menu was full of tasty treats from the Great British Menu. We sipped wine and nibbled on yummy little appetisers, trying new things and comparing our thoughts on them.

My favourite things were the scotch egg (no photo because all the ones I took made it look really weird), the scallop with celeriac & hazelnut vinaigrette, and the strawberry dessert; however I gave everything a go, and enjoyed it! Even the oyster!

You could get your very own hassle-free days if you sign up to Santander's 123 current account - see how much you could save with their calculator, here! You can get cash back on your council tax and bills - say whaaaaaaaaaat?!

Thank you to Santander for providing Nick and I with a hassle-free day! All activities & food paid for by them, but all opinions are my own, as always!
