By far, the most meaningful item on my summer bucket list was watching one of my best friends get married.
I was going to blog about this the day after it happened, at the very end of August, but as you know my laptop wasn't working. It has somehow fixed itself though, so I can share a few photos from the beautiful weekend!
On Friday, a little team of us headed to Colehayes to start setting up for Charli & Mike's wedding. I spent most of the day decorating the cupcakes, while others put up lots of lanterns and bunting. It looked so cute, and I wish I'd taken more photos of the decor!
Saturday morning was beautifully sunny, which meant the wedding could take place outside! I spent most of the morning in the bridal suite along with the other bridesmaids. It was so lovely getting ready together, drinking champagne and trying to stop Charli crying once she'd put her stunning dress on!
The ceremony was so lovely, a few tears were shed & then it was time to party! There was a rodeo bull, hog roast, loads of yummy wine homemade by Charli's dad, and a band & DJ! It was stupidly fun, and none of us wanted to end.
I wish we could do it all again, but I guess that's what makes it so special - it only happens once.

Such a weird coincidence - I was a bridesmaid last year at a wedding in Devon and we had the same make-up artist!
