On Tuesday, I travelled up to Birmingham (for the first time ever!) to meet up with Jen, Claire, Sarah, Gem and Emma for the #BritStitchPopsUp launch.

The pop up shop is on level 2 of the Bullring and is showcasing 12 independent British brands, and Brit-Stitch is one of them. They'll only be there until Monday 21st April though, and they're closed on Easter Sunday, so hurry along!

I personally love to be able to see and feel something in real life, especially when it's going to be a real investment piece - you want to know that the colour and quality are right for you. There won't be an issue with either of those things with these bags though, as the leather and stitching are perfect and there are so many colours to choose from, as you can see from the swatches below!

I was really drawn to the pastel collection (partly because of my outfit, which you can see here!) and the new backpack styles - they're just so cute! And if there isn't a colourway that is right for you, you can design your own!

Readers of Being Little can get a special Easter treat if you mention my blog when you're buying a Brit-Stitch product from the pop up shop - you'll either get discount off your purchase, or a little freebie! I might put a disguise on and see if I can get away with getting another bag...

Finally, if you don't already know the story behind Brit-Stitch, please go and read it here. It's so cute, and involves a milkman called Toby. It's this kind of back story that really makes me want to buy British everything!

Thank you so much to the Brit-Stitch team for a lovely event, the beautiful red backpack (above, but you'll be seeing much more of it very soon..) and the gorgeous meal at Jamie's!
