the creative initiative #3.

I can't believe it's Thursday again already! Despite not seeming to be getting anything useful done, time is whizzing by, and I'm already starting to panic about Christmas. 

This week's prompt was get outdoors/nature, and it was a lovely chance to sit by the windowsill at my mum's and concentrate on something calming like painting.

Using my watercolours, I painted a pattern inspired by my mum's curtain, and the windy weather outside! I did mess up and smudge a few bits, but nobody is perfect. I actually really like the outcome, and can imagine it would be lovely as a print on a dress!
