good morning.

• YUMMY! •

I'm not very good at consistantly having breakfast, so to help myself out, I made some granola! It's really easy peasy, and so yum! And you can have it with whatever fruits, seeds and/or nuts you fancy!

Ingredients:
200g oats
60g seeds/nuts (I used bashed up walnuts)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g honey
60g dried fruit (I used chopped up dried apricots)

Method:
• Preheat oven to 150ºc.
• Mix the oats and seeds/nuts in a bowl.
• Put the oil in a cup or small bowl, mix in the vanilla and honey.
• Add this to the dry ingredients, and mix well.
• Spread over a non stick baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
• Mix in the dried fruit and return to oven for 10 minutes.
• Leave to cool before putting in a storage jar.

Perfect with yoghurt and fresh fruit! I particularly like it with grated apple. Happy breakfasting!

  5. I really like the look of this! I'm cheeky/lazy and eat a muller breakfast corner every day, which is pretty much the same as this :P

  12. oooh this sounds yummy. Tesco do great apples in a tin, not as gross as it sounds. There are about 3 apples in there, halved and its great to go on the top of cereal and good value for money xx
