underfoot.

Been having nice times at Mum's with Elliott and the cats. Friday I was too tired to do anything and pretty much slept the day away while Elliott had to entertain himself.

Yesterday I got my energy back and I finally got to show him Totnes and Dartington Hall, two of my favourite places around here. I wish we'd gone to Dartington a few weeks before, as almost all of the leaves have fallen off the trees now, and all the chestnuts are gone. It was still beautiful though, as you can see :)

Last night I went to bed with a sniffy nose and a sore throat, and this morning I've woken up with giant tonsils, yet AGAIN. So glad I'm going to see a specialist about them on Friday. They're a nightmare, I want them gone!

Elliott is sleeping very sweetly next to me as I write this. He's so beautiful and quiet. I'm really going to miss him when he goes home :(

I love the first photo - nothing is more satisfying in the autumn than stomping through leaves!

Gorgeous photos. It's so hard not seeing your other half sometimes, but you do get used to it. My boyfriend is in the navy and we don't see each other for months at a time sometimes :( but it is all so worth it :) xx

The photos look beautiful, autumn is my favorite time of year. Wish it had gone on for longer this year. Missing your boyfriend is horrible, but it's always worth it when you see them again.
Hope you feel better soon
